The first one doesn't take any longer, but it depends on how many people they have to pay.
You will get an email telling you that you have been paid, so no need to keep checking your paypal account.0 -
Ive finally been paid but I did not get an email.0

Oh dear, just had the end of month reminder email from Taste Radar and realise it's going to take me till midnight to sort it all out. I've been shoving receipts and wrappers into a large envelope, and as I've done the reviews I've clipped wrapper and receipts together. However I need to be more organised than this. What do you do? I'm thinking maybe a simple spreadsheet to record what I've done and how much I'm going to claim etc. or there will be more midnight oil burning every month!
The other thing is, at what point in your vegetable's life do you do the review? (What a strange thing to write!!) I wrote a glowing review of a lettuce a day after I bought it, however the next day it had really wilted badly, well before the sell by date. So I'm going to write the review once I get to the sell by date, if there's any left, or the date we finish eating it, so I can include something about the keeping qualities, which I think is really important.
....and finally...does everyone use paypal? I don't really see a problem with giving my bank details, it's nothing different from what's on a cheque, but maybe I'm missing something. Thanks
Back to all these receipts now!!!!

I have two envelopes, one marked "Taste Radar To Do" and the other marked "Taste Radar Done". I put receipts in the to do envelope as soon as I get them, so they done get lost, and add the labels as soon as possible afterwards.
I also have a simple spreadsheet which I fill in with the details of the purchase, then the details of the survey when I do them. The spreadsheet only has 5 columns, item, date purchased, price, date survey done, survey number. It also totals the cost.
Obviously I fill in the first 3 columns at, or soon after the purchase day and fill in the lst two when i have done the survey.downshifter wrote: »The other thing is, at what point in your vegetable's life do you do the review? (What a strange thing to write!!)
I do mine after I have eaten the item, or if it is some thing like a bag of spuds, when I have eaten some of them. I don't usually do it immediately, I just save them up until I fell like doing them. So I may do a survey two weeks after eating the item.downshifter wrote: »....and finally...does everyone use paypal? I use paypal, but would not worry about giving them the bank details needed for them to pay into my bank account.downshifter wrote: »Back to all these receipts now!!!!
I posted mine on Thursday, because I knew I would not be buying any more this month.0 -
