Call the Tribunals Service straight away and ask them to 'set aside' the decision of the appeal tribunal onthe basis that you had could not attend to due being rushed to hospital. If you can send them proof of your admittance to hospital ie a discharge summary or letter then you have a good chance of having the decision set aside. This means that the decision doesn't stand and you will get another date through for an appeal hearing that you are able to attend. In the meantime I would contact the CAB or the local Welfare Rights service to help you put together a stronger case and provide representation for the next hearing.0

OH and I just back from ESA tribunal and they found in OH's favour. Payment increased by roughly £25 a week with back payment of arrears due to value of about £600.0
