    awww hope your feeling better now paps I'm sorry i missed your wobbly otherwise i would have tried to help too.

    Bunny glad things are better with you, i dunno how you put up with that so long, a week was bad enough when i had it.

    Been taking ibporbrufen again for my hip and they have upset my stomache :( gonna have to stay off them for a day or so

    So im at work until 1pm then I shall try and get home and prepare supper before I have to pic B up from school. Miserable day here and raining...even more annoyed as I had to take car to work so loose out on a nice walk and spent petrol money. Oh well beats sitting in wet clothes all morning

    Got up to get some cereal and OH's cat has just wandered in to harrass me for it, it's muesli and soya milk, weird creature..

    Claire it might be worth starting your own 'what meals can i make with these ingredients' thread in there.

  • A chicken sandwich is actually a very good way to start the day, especially on wholemeal.

    Low GI, good source of lean protein to fill you up. Add salad or tomatoes!
