Praise for Barclaycard

I know we don't often have reason to praise banks so I thought I'd share some positive thoughts for a change. I had 2 automated answer phone messages both at home and on my mobile asking me to call them back re possible fraud on my account, after checking the number out and seeing it was genuine I called them back and was shocked to hear the list of transactions being read out from that day. I rarely use this card and definitely hadn't used it that day. I was able to find out about the fraud on my account almost immediately and therefore have the card cancelled very quickly and the appropriate forms, new card etc sent out to me. I may not have checked my account online for a few days by which time even more fraud could have taken place so am very grateful that they picked up on this so quickly, cheers!:T
