    There was no way of knowing it was incompatible before buying the game. The makers of the game EA/Pandemic stated (and are still stating) that the game will run on an ATI 2600 and above.

    For a game to be unplayable on a system which meets the stated system requirements means that the game is either faulty or has been sold under false pretenses. We're not talking about a mere slowdown in the framerate - it is not possible to play the game to completion even on a system that clearly exceeds the stated requirements

    If you can't play the game it is faulty, there is no other way about it no matter what developers tell you or the GAME shop. They do give credit notes, i would take it back i have returned 4 games to them under "unplayable" reasons.
