Thanks to a previous posting i contacted Brabantia customer services about my broken bin lid. They were absolutely great and sent me a free returns label and postage instructions. I did not have my original receipt but a product identification number was all they required. In only 6 days i received a new lid. Considering i was quite prepared to buy a new bin i am delighted that i logged on to this brilliant website.Keep up the good work!!
