Landline phone that uses MP3 ringtones?

Does anyone know if there is a landline phone available that uses MP3 ringtone (that you can load on to it), preferably with the ability to set different tones for different incoming numbers?

Siemens Gigaset SL785 can do both, but it's expensive!
Maybe other Gigaset models can do the same.

Another nice feature with this phone...
can automatically send a Text message on recipt of an unanswered call or message left on answering machine.
BT Texts are free on Evening/weekend call packages.... for the moment!
