Yes.;)
Although through the FOS in the end with Credit Card PPI, however my hubby just received an offer on one of his loans direct from Lloyds, he is not too happy with it, so are requesting they reconsider the amounts.;)
They do seem to be upholding complaints more so than they did now.
I take it you have a case or more with these then?

How about claiming from an old closed Lloyds Credit Card? I'm thinking if I didn't know about it on the loan I probably didn't know about it on the CC either which I have now paid off... Yes you can reclaim from older accounts as well, just as long as you have the account number details, go for it and the very best of luck.

thought this might help!
Lloyds took the full eight weeks to come back to me, but confirmed they would be refunding but wouldn't say how much. They said their aim was to put me in the same position I'd be in if I'd never taken out the PPI.
It took them a further 8 weeks to refund the PPI plus all the interest! Not bad going, just need to be patient without letting them walk all over you!!
