BoltBlue Stole my pay as you go credit

I did not sign up for any thing. I topped up my phone today from university, went to my lectures and come back to my computer lab and in few minutes I started getting 3 sms from boltblue and after each message my credit went down. I have never heard of this company how can I claim my money back?? and from WHO??? o2 will wash their hands off of it and there is no contact info in boltblue??:mad::mad:
