think thats bad? locked myself out three times in as many weeks and didn't have spare keys to get in. last time i got in within ten mins with a hammer and dvd and none of my neighbours heard a thing. i'm thinking of changing careers...

Well at least I know the house is secure - no amount of pushing/pulling/begging/pleading was going to open that door.

We could start a new business - "house removals" I hear the moneys quite good.

yeah my pal did think of that, but in truth so long as all goes well she wouldnt care if it was an alien! well maybe not...

she lost her father last year at the same time as her second miscarriage (first was when he went into hospital for the last time) so all she hopes for is a healthy baby, either sex would make no difference.

Ah yes, I understand. I'm kind of the same really as I lost a very dear friend very suddenly a few months ago and it puts things into perspective. Although it would be nice to know the sex a healthy baby will be absolutely brilliant and I can't imagine that I'll care much whether it wears pink or blue.

Is this your first baby? You must be quite overwhelmed as well as excited. So much to learn and all.

Yes it's my first. So quite scared as well as excited. I'm slowly finding out that there's a whole new world of new things to learn about. As a true DFW though I've already ordered a free cloth nappy and other baby freebies :j
