Need help with old details

im trying to track down old account numbers from barclays and capital one, since these accounts are now with creditor no one can seem to find the account numbers, please help with any advice. :mad:

Hi Daniel and welcome.

Even though your information is with a creditor, your details should be held on Barclays and Capital database.
You could request a SAR (Subject access Request) where they have 40 days to comply/send your details to you.
However there is a charge for this request of £10 postal order and cheque payment to enclose within the SAR.
