Esure - Home Emergency Cover

My boiler broke down on Thursday evening. I have Home emergency cover with my home insurance, so rang esure.
They called on Friday and arranged an engineer for Monday. I was a bit unhappy at the wait but I have waited longer for a boiler engineer in the past.
The engineer arrived today, an engineer from the actual boiler make (Ideal). He arrived with parts and had other parts in his van. He also changed the pressure gauge that had broken about 2 years ago.
I was very pleased with this part of the service (not the wait). I had someone who knew what they were looking at and I had my boiler fixed without having to wait several days for parts. I also didn't have to pay anything other than my original insurance which was around £45.
I have used the service in the past for an electrical fault and that was fixed within a few hours.
