Insurance company waiting for me to give up

i started a claim in march 2009 and am still awaiting a response from hasty hastings......what gets me mad is if you miss any payment, you are threatened with legal B.S .........insurance comps are all rip off, which is why some people dont get insured, because of companies like hastings

That's exactly the response I was getting, 'we get put on hold when we ring and they won't respond to our letters'.

I heard this but don't think it's right or it doesn't work because insurance companies take the p*ss doing anything.
