Has anyone recently been successfull at contacting Welcomes compliance department? The number we used to ring now just rings and rings with no answer.

I cannot be certain, but isn't welcome part of Cattles as well as shown on FSA register when writing in Welcome Finance, I have found this tel number here, hope this helps.;)

ive just been successfull with welcome in reclaiming ppi, the number i used was as di3004 has already stated 0115 9849200, i hope this helps.
I started claiming on the 20th oct 2009, and on the 27th jan 2010 they have offered nearly £4k, so good luck..

Laverslomax have Welcome given any indication on how long your payout will take?
Also may i ask how much loan was that you complained about.

Hi, i am currently helping my mum claim back her ppi from welcome and there compliance number is 08456187804, the lady in the customer service said dont let it ring for longer than 5 minutes if not answered as it will just continue to ring, but i phoned them and they answered straight away. hope this helps. good luck
