Hi Guys,
I got a credit card along with my NR "Together" mortgage back in 2001, Co-op took over the credit card in 2003, I have just received my SAR details from co-op from 2003... My question is who do I write to regarding claiming ppi misselling?
The agent I took the mortgage out with has long since disappeared so I can not chase them, I was told that the mortgage and card would be easier to approve if I took out ppi which I did, the full details of the ppi were never explained to me.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there
Its whoever sold you the credit card is the ones you write to.;)
In regards of the mortgage providers do you know who the insurers were for these or underwriters then?
You can try through pursuing through these as another option, many of us have now gone this direction as the FOS are also trying to make these responsible, worth a shot if you nowhere else to go with this one.;)
For more on reclaiming, on the link below with guidelines, templates, useful info, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, and if possible post by recorded delivery for your proof of posting.
