the agreement for my PPI for a loan with Firstplus states that i may be intitled to a refund at the end of 5 years, can anyone advise should i try and claim from firstplus as i believe i was pressurised into taking out the PPI or should i wait until the 5 year period.

what I understand is FP try 101 ways to avoid having to pay this back at the end of the 5 year period, also you have to remember the loan on the ppi is payable + interest over the whole of the loan period - also, if you have the monies paid back I'm not sure you can then reclaim it - does anyone else know otherwise ?0
