I've clicked on that link twice and both times my Avira anti virus has informed me that an HTML script on the page is infected with a virus.

Perhaps it's affected your computer to the extent that you can only type in capitals.

Although it's for insurance the www.petinsurancecompare.co.uk site has a lot of pet insurance companies on it. There are way more than the usual 'big' names and it gives some information (that the big ones don't give) about what you should look for.
