I don't know if you can "convert it" as such but there is a list of original Xbox games that you can use on a 360 once you set it up for backward compatibility. Support article here.0

You put the game in, and if it's compatible, a message will pop up saying there's an update available from Xbox Live. Install the update, and then the game will start.

Yep, if the game's on the list, you just put the disk in and may need an update. You can't put the game onto the hard drive like with the 360 games, but it's pretty decent. I've found that some of my games have run a bit slow sometimes.0
