Complaint to Vauxhall

I paid £10K for a 9 months old Meriva in April 2006 from a Lookers garage (Vauxhall/Network Q) with the promise that they would repair a particular bad scratch at a later date convenient to us. My partner was 9 months pregnant at the time hence the rush to take the car as it was.

Only one key was supplied but they would provide a second.

Still waiting for the key, must have asked about 5 times.

And the car has just come back today after being in most of th week for a pretty routine repair.

Their after sales service has been woeful and I am currently writing a strong letter of complaint.

Question is do I address to customer services at Lookers, Network Q or Vauxhall. Maybe even cc the other two parties.

Maybe a letter of complaint to the manager of the dealership saying that if the faults are not rectified within two weeks you will be writing to Vauxhall to complain about their branch?.

Cheers Mike, the bodywork has been repaired but the way they have gone about it and the hassle they have caused my partner and our little baby is what i want to complain about.

I don't really want to have any contact with the dealership ever again. Luckily they are not my local dealer.

I'd rather their bosses be made aware of their dreadful after service or lack of it.

The Lookers motto is 'Customers for Life'.......................they can't do enough for you until you have paid and driven off the forecourt.
