Yorkshire bank letter

I have received a letter from Yorkshire Bank today in reply to my claim made in 2007, basically telling me to get lost as the case has been thrown out.
Has anyone else received one of these letters & what is the next step if I want to carry on fighting to get these charges back?

Yes, lots of people who have attempted to reclaim bank charges have received similar types of letters.
The latest MSE article on reclaiming bank charges can be found here:

and contains lots of good advice."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
