I would just like to say thanks to MSE, been browsing for a while and came across
Npower pre-payment threads. My two eldest moved into a flat and it was fitted with a
token meter, they put plenty of money in it, but no one came round to read it. After
two years they asked for a statement and found they owed quite a bit of money. Then
it was replaced with a key meter.They have today had a letter saying that they are
only £40 in debt now, which is good from £890....and taking of them at £3 a week..
So thanks to you all..
