About Ryanair

Yesterday morning, I tried to book a return flight from London Stansted to Riga. When I tried to do this, it declined my payment; I tried a second time and it said a message about a 'duplicate booking' and also stated if I do book a third time no refunds would be given, obviously meaning my money will be wiped out. I was extremely afraid of booking a third time, in case this happened.
This morning I went to my bank to sort it out, and they said they're shouldn't be a problem. At that time, I asked about my upcoming account (Reward current account) which I cannot use it at the moment, until I make a deposit. I asked the bank clerk if this was effecting my payment. But they said no.
I would be deeply appreciated if you could help me.
One important question. When I make a deposit into my Reward current account (the account which Iam waiting for at the moment) and receive the actual card, details etc,
and book the exact same flight again with this new card and new bank details, will Ryanair wipe out my money? Because of a third time. Or will it not because it is totally a new card, details, etc?
Thank you very much.
