Update......they have emailed me back saying it was dispatched this week so should get it in the next few days, they said they have also sent me a 2nd copy for the invonvenience to give to a friend and if still not received by end of next week will give me a full refund. fingers crossed.

Hi all,
I contacted netmums about this as was getting worried.
If you contact netmums directly, they will chase up delivery with Triple Choice for you, if it has been over 28 days since you ordered.

Just send an email to contactus@netmums.com with your order reference and delivery address, and they'll pass it on to Triple choice.

Seems that everyone should get their orders, but they're being quite slow, probably due to the high numbers of people who would have seen the offer on netmums.com and moneysavingexpert.

I hope you all get your orders soon

Got 2 delivered today! So good news.

Netmums may have had a hand in speeding it up. Got a reply from them

"I assure you this isn't a con and we have been in touch with the company to find out what's happening. If you can let me know the order number (if you have it) and your delivery address I will pass this information on to them to find out how much longer you are expected to wait."

Can stop stressing about the bank account then.:)
