I can't believe that there are people out there who will insult our honesty and good faith, we parents only trusted them, especially as another site (netmums) which is a genuine site, advertised them.

I bought the DVD in good faith, and by the sound of things we have been scammed. Very annoyed!:mad:

Has anyone noticed any fraudulant activity on their cards like the other poster? Only had the 1.62 taken to date. Really dissapointed that this was on the netmums site as usually don't go for these things.:(

I ordered this for my friend's little one and haven't had anything more than the £1.62 taken, I wasn't worried at all, I thought it was just one of those things like when you collect tokens from cereal packets - they always take and age to arrive. I haven't given up hope yet!

wasnt this even advertised in the weekly email that gets sent out to all on this site?

Only the £1.62 has gone from me, no dvd, I did email them a while back on the website...no reply of course!

I asked whether anyone had received the DVD on netmums noticeboard Lanarkshire site - so far no-one. Think I'll email netmums direct and see what they say about recommending them.

I'm not angry with netmums, I've emailed to ask if they have any other way of contacting them.

I ordererd this dvd also and have not received anything yet. I just had a look on their website and there is a telephone number (0845 130 7778) has anyone tried calling them. I am going to try giving them a phone once I finish and see what they say.
