Regsitering as self employed but two businesses?

 I'm filling in the 'regsitering as self empoyed' form.

But, I have two businesses that I'll be running side by side, do I need to register twice, one for each business, or how does it work? :o

As a sole trader, it is you who is taxed, not the businesses. Therefore you only need to register once, but you will produce two sets of accounts and complete two self employed pages on your SA in due course.
