I would talk again with the LL, dont ring or write - go and see him, take along info on what you earn and what you have to pay out. Then agree what you can afford, and whatever happens dont not pay him........ If you have some money at the moment offer this as well. How long have you owed your LL??? If its recentley, have you checked if you are entitled to any housing benefit???
