  • hi all - just popping in over lunch break.

Snags - I think it's for the best really. He was using you as an emotional crutch and that's not fair on you.

Even with the increasing regularity that OH sleeps all night on the sofa (I've given up waking him each night and getting a gob full) I didn't sleep well alone last night and the house felt oddly empty overnight. I even locked the door which I don't normally bother doing whether he's there or not.

BB, you should always lock the door hon, even if you live in a really good area with low crime. Someone walked into my unlocked house a few years ago, while I was there, stole my handbag with my car keys in it, and stole my car.

Did you get my message on FB by the way?

    Bunny,

I cut my fringe last night just to make you feel better! It's wonky, not straight across. I'm avoiding mirrors for a good few days and would recommend you do the same!

I would recommend locking the door unless you have fallen just inside in a drunken stupor in which case they won't be able to get the door open anyway!

I just call you lot 'the other Mums I talk to online' (even though you are not all Mums).

I do that not because I'm ashamed of being on this site, but because some of us are in debt, some are not, most have been at some point, but it's no-one elses business except ours, and those we choose to share it with.

I wouldn't be bothered if someone told people I was a DFW, but at the same time, I wouldn't 'out' someone else, as it's not my place to do so.

Sorry - that was slightly random, was just thinking about it and my fingers typed it automatically. :o

If I ever get to a meet up and wear a badge saying 'Butti' someone will think I've been delivered by the local chippie!
