I have a Halifax Reward account (which appears to be exactly the same as the BoS) and when I opened the second Reward account (both done online BTW) I paid the £1000 in and £999 out. Two days later I found myself £999 overdrawn! On phoning they told me I could not have two Reward accounts in my sole name. Hell of a job to unravel and the second account was demoted to an ordinary current account.Hey all !

Did you find any objection to two Reward accounts with BoS and how did you open yours? And do you have current accounts with other providers, especially Halifax or any others?0 -

Until November(ish) you could open up to three Reward accounts; those who did so before that time have so far been allowed to keep all three.
After that, the rules changed, and now you can have one account in your name and one in joint names - giving a maximum of two - but not two in your sole name.0 -

. Can one have a Reward account with Halifax and one with BoS. I remember when I applied for the Halifax account it asked whether I had a BoS account. 0 -

It is 2 accounts (one sole+one joint) either with Halifax or BoS or 1 with each (sole/joint combo).0
