Thanks SO much Spoonz, If..., and all who sent good wishes my way. I have a regular weekly counselling appointment (for something fairly appalling that you really don't want to know about) every Wednesday, and my lovely counsellor allowed me to depart from the main issue about which we meet and sound off about work instead. It really helped me to feel lots better. :):)

SO. With positivity-levels renewed, Jasper sleeping and in good health, the washing-up done, and the rain lashing down outside, who fancies joining me for a little "Wednesday Whizz"?

I'll pour... Anyone got any ice?
