PPI missold to me by Lloyds TSB 1998

Hiya,

I am pretty new to all this reclaiming malarkey. In the process of selling my property and noticed that I had been sold a PPI by Lloyds TSB back in 1998, I have been paying £11.02 per month even though I was secure in my employment and still paid in the event of an accident etc. Does anyone think I could reclaim these monies paid over the last 11+ years? I am still paying this but only stumbled across the paperwork when looking for the deeds to my property.

Have noticed the letter template and will have a go at sending something off to the company, however would be interested on any other suggestions or help you can provide..

Cheers for assistance

Nothing you have said has suggested any reason why you could.

Its pre general insurance regulation but they will still look at a complaint but it doesnt appear mis-sold. Its not single premium. Its not added to the loan. It is set up exactly how the FSA want them set up.

So, what reasons would you give for asking for a refund of premiums?

As with what dunstonh has said, is there a reason you think it has been missold?
Were you ineligible for the cover in any way back in 1998 either through physical disability, illness, heart condition, etc,etc that prevented you from being eligible.
I am not an expert in PPI stuff so I would seek advice on the PPI forum who are a lot better informed than I am but on the simple post the question I have is the same as Dunstonh, what reason are you claiming misselling?
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
