  • I gave my voucher to my daughter today, she was going to be near a Boots store, she gave the SA 2 Dove deo's and the voucher, SA scanned voucher and said it was only giving her one free!
Daughter said she only wanted one, so she managed to get that free.
Dove scanned at £2.15, voucher scanned at £2.79
She also had had a smiles toothpaste 99p and points voucher for that so she only paid 35p.

My dove voucher was refused in Aberdeen Boots yesterday as was the 50 points on any smile product. I thought the sa was going to tear up the voucher by the look on her face - she stomped off saying loudly to everyone in the shop that she was going to get the manager. He was so patronising I nearly laughed in his face. So no dove for me and no smile toothpaste.

I got my 2 dove deo's today and also got a time delay night serum for the grand total of £0.34:T

Anyone know if it's possible to get another dove voucher so I can stock up some more???

It reads your IP address.but I printed myself a voucher and DD printed herself a voucher from the same computer.

Mine was accepted no problem. and I also got Dove shampoo and conditioner which are also on offer at £1 each. Paid £1.36 for the shampoo and conditioner and 2 free deodorants!

Heeding grunnie's warning I headed to another boots close by and bought a meal deal, 2 dove and 3 50ml smile toothpastes (342). SA panicked when she saw I had vouchers and called manager who asked me if I was sure I wanted to use the dove voucher since it was already on bogof and didn't I want to keep it for next time! I assured her I did want them to scan it and she looked at me like i was the idiot and did it anyway. She also tried the "you can't use acm vouchers in this shop because we don't have an acm machine" speal but let me have the points "this time". In total it came to £3.53 (£2.99 for the meal deal) and I got 74 points. Also I got 135g (big) bar of galaxy as part of the meal deal. A small victory but enough to cheer me up.

Oh and I got a skinnie(?) for this as well because total was £6.32 before dove voucher.

Can anyone tell me if the grapefruit & lemongrass, and the cucumber & green tea deoderants are nice? I've got the waterlily one, and thought it was really nice. Might get one each of the others if they're good. :)

    Hi
I got the grapefruit & lemongrass deodorant. It has got nice fresh and fruity scent; I was worried it would have been too overpowering but it's fine. Nice smell of grapefruit with a hint of lemon.

There were lots of cucumber & green tea ones in our local Boots but I have decided to get waterlily and grapefruit deodorants (2 each) instead.

Heeding grunnie's warning I headed to another boots close by ...

Hello to Mrs T and Grunnie, its always nice to meet fellow Aberdeen Bootsers (wave).

Yesterday i printed off a coupon for myself and i did one from the same computer and printer for a friend as we were going into town together...i couldnt print more than two as i tried to do it for my other friend....

Went into BA boots around 3-4pm and got two deodorants (bogof) and a nail varnish remover (£2.29) to disguise the fact boots pay us to take it away....we went to the tills by the electrical dept and the girl on the till was lovely. She scanned the products and total came to £4.44. I gave her the dove voucher and she was reading it and asked where i got it...so she (with a look of confusion on her face) scanned it and confusion changed to surprise and deducted 2.79 off the total leaving 1.65 to pay. Result.... Guess it depends which SA you get...there are some prob to avoid... I had some receipts which the last time was in were supposed to be validated but SA forgot so this kind SA put the points on to my card for me too.. guess she must be a manager if she can manually add points...very nice of her.

Who was it that served you? can pm me if you like..

My friend was behind me and she was buying face wipes to disguise the dove deal and a few other things so worked for her too.

And i got 16 points too as it gives you points for the total prior to the deduction for the brand coupon from dove.

He sounds awful!! what does SA look like?? so i can avoid her...feel free to pm me if you like...

I didnt get the 50 pts on smile offer on my acm card offer (mine were pretty poor tbh) but maybe if you try another SA you may get the 50 pts added.

    Was this in BA boots??
