    Morning :hello:

Not been around due to continuing problems with DS but we are getting somewhere with solving the problems. Still a long road I think but the first steps have been taken .... just hoping no setbacks

Well this morning put the hoover all around downstairs then broke off to do cooked breakfast for DD and her BF. Cleaned hob and wiped oven out and S & S all surfaces when DS arrived home from school due to a free lesson. Rewind all above steps. DS takes breakfast into LR on laptray which decides to burst open releasing hundreds of those little white polystyrene balls. Rewind with the hoover. Whats the point *inserts confused smiley*

Next step is the bathroom and think I will clean the LR windows and mirror

Had quick skim of the thread and from what I can remember

Jojo – Glad things are looking better for your Mum
Toochoosey – Think you better give that keyboard a slap on the backside to dislodge any crumbs
LadyL – Been thinking about you and hope things all ok with you
Diva – Hugs for you and continued vibes for Tris and Michelle
Toots – Special hugs for you
Pigpen – Pity is wasn’t next weekend. Have a hotel booked in Manchester and all on my lonesome and you could have joined me
Mumof2 – Happy Birthday. Not sure if it is today or yesterday but hope you enjoy/ed anyway
Cant remember who has the problem with the 9 yr old (sorry) but my opinion is the same as everybody else – nip it in the bud now and I do think Social Services should be told
Jinky – Glad you are in a better mood today. Hope you will be able to make next week
Rach – No stroke vibes for Nan

Sorry to anybody I have missed and grab a ((((hug)))) if needed

    Morning all
Firstly, get well thoughts to Rach's gran

maralum - I work for an organisation that arranges mentors for kids that are at risk of offending amongst other things. I would definately say that if you are in any doubt, get in touch with SS, they will advise you on everything that they can do. Are the parents struggling do you think? Perhaps point them to parentline?

Busy week in nutty towers. I completed my course on Mon and Tue this week so I am now a fully qualified Mentor and I will start mentoirng my first kid week after next so i'm really chuffed!! :T

Work has been interesting to say the least, our boss is a complete (insert explietive here) head and we have had a real hard week ending in a meeting where we had to share our feelings - not fun at all but they were all about him and not each other..... Funny that

Just back from the osteopath as i'm still suffering. She has managed to find out that I have apparently "strained my 12th rib" which is quite an odd one - we have no idea how I have managed it - I put it down to all the flying I was doing :rotfl:

This week I haven't managed much with the back and rib issues (I have done stuff that I can manage and some S&S - will get dh to help with the window in the kitchen, daren't climb on the worktop in case I do myself more damage.....

Hugs to anyone in need x

:p I'm co-ordinating 8 groups in our District, so though I sent out my first e-mail regarding this procedure in September  it wasn;t until today that I receive the final piece of info that I require. Additionally, this comes round at the same time every year, and as the people who supply info to me have been doing this for over 20 years each (and this is my second year :) ), they really ought to know what's going on *roll eyes smilie* :D
