Virgin Atlantic Website car hire query

Been trying to book car hire on Virgin Atlantic for the last few days but it keeps coming up as "sorry as theres been a problem", any one else having this problem?
if i ring them do you think they'd give the same quote?

then call Carhire3000 who will price match any like for like quote . we have used them many times in the states ( as have many many MSE members on the Las Vegas thread) and never had any problems . they have a UK call centre and include all insurances up front on USA bookings .

A "free car" from virgin would have cost £150 insurance/fee's etc ... i declined Virgins "free car" and booked through carhire300 cost = £120!
