Really enjoyed passing on my knowledge with others, my tips have helped many people. Least I hope they have, as most were learnt from members of boards like this.
I must of been doing something right, all my "thanks" are from the last 2 days lol.

But due to abusive PM's etc I have decided to leave. I wish you all the best with getting Debt Free. It might be a long road, but when you reach that chequred flag It does not half feel good lol

I've just seen ur post and wanted to reply just to say that you shouldn't leave because of a few abusive people. Report them and carry on, especially if u like helping others like ur post suggests

Even if removed, if they change their name etc I am sure they can rejoin.

Absolutely. Those that cannot have a reasoned debate or a disagreement without resorting to abuse should be reported. I think we proved we can disagree amicably in the hotel thread, and the vast majority of users here are able to do this.

Without meaning to criticise, people reacting in this way only fuels the fire. Hold your head up high, carry on enjoying the site and giving help to those you can. I would recommend, however, using phrases like "I think" or "as far as I am aware" if you're not 100% able to back up what you're saying quickly and easily, otherwise you are easy fodder for those that want to lay into anyone they can get their paws on.

Jamie, as i put on the other thread, you can block people on your portal so if you don't want to read what they have put, or get messages from them then it will not allow them to send them. If you leave the bullies have won, as ultimately thats what they are doing

Jamie, I know we have had a lot of banter today, but if someone has sent you abusive PM's you should report them to Abuse. They can check the messages and take action if need be.
