where to start for a new PC?

OK this is the first time I am copying and pasting from another site on this forum, so sorry if it's not right - but can anyone tell me if this is a good pc for the price? I see that the power supply is quite low at 330W - I am just wondering why this pc is soo cheap? at £479.12

ok ebuyer a good company to buy from because I am reading mixed reviews and most of them say they have bad customer service? I am worried that I don't waste my money for a very good product but bad customer service.

Hi- That acer appears to be pretty good. Almost too high spec in places, i.e. 6GB ram is crazy high (would rather have bigger HD or better graphics card instead). There are Dells for around 450 quid with similar-ish spec (Inspiron 560?). Components are cheaper nowadays, so 479 isnt *that* cheap a deal really.

Ebuyer are excellent. A few years ago they had a bad reputation but they've really turned it around.

There was a thread about them on here a few weeks ago.

Ebuyer are great, good enotes system, returns process etc.

You shouldn't worry too much about the wattage of a PSU, its more how stable the wattage is than its peak rating. The Acer looks pretty good though no monitor.
