main prize is a family holiday - fun-filled family holiday in the United Kingdom, for four people, covering the cost of accommodation in a comfort villa for one week (7 days) and including £1250 of vouchers to be redeemed against food and activities for all the family. The prize can be redeemed at a convenient time for all the family up until the end of 31/12/2011 and is based on the family taking part in two activities per day of the holiday

Grand Prize - The grand prize also includes a free nutritional consultation and dietary analysis from Anita Bean, a leading sports nutritionist ( see terms below )

The 1st 250 unique registrations/entries each month win a predometer

Daily prize - on the "race to win game" of 91 daily prizes to be won, including 87 Adidas prizes worth £80 retail value

Monthy prize - 4 monthly Adidas prizes to be won, each with an approximate £200 retail value.

2. This prize draw competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Nestl! Waters UK Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Access to this promotion is online only and participants are required to use the official registration/entry form available on the Competition website at www.nestle-purelife.co.uk(the "Site"). Entries received by any other means (including postal) will be excluded. Winner notification and full terms and conditions for the main Holiday prize will be received through the post.
5. Incomplete or incorrect Registration/Entry Forms will not be accepted. If a participant has given incomplete or incorrect information in respect of his/her Registration/Entry Form, he/she will be disqualified.
6. Participants must choose a username (the "User Name") and a password (the "Password") to complete the Registration Form and to enable access to certain parts of the Site on repeat visits.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to ask a participant to modify or substitute his/her User Name, Password or E-Mail Address if the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, considers it to be offensive, defamatory, blasphemous, injurious to its brand or reputation or otherwise unacceptable.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the information provided by a participant or his/her identity at the time of Registration and at any time during the Competition and to request copies of the identity cards.

1. Closing Dates
2. Closing date for receipt of the Family Holiday entries and daily prize slots is midnight on 25/04/2010.
3. The first 250 unique registrations/entries received each month between the period of 18/1/2010 - 25/4/2010 will be awarded a free Nestl! Pure Life pedometer.
4. Each day there will be a daily prize slot on the 'Race To Win' game. To enter simply visit www.nestle-purelife.co.uk and either register your details for free, or if you have already registered, log in and use your mouse to click on the 'race to win' game. Winners will be notified immediately. There is one prize slot available per day and the winner will be determined at random from 18/1/2010 - 25/4/2010.

2. The promotion has a three 'tier' structure to it. The winners of each tier will receive the prize specified for that tier as set out below. There are no runners-up prizes or cash alternatives.
   • Tier 1: All unique registrations will go into the grand prize draw with one overall winner. The prize is a fun-filled family holiday in the United Kingdom, for four people, covering the cost of accommodation in a comfort villa for one week (7 days) and including £1250 of vouchers to be redeemed against food and activities for all the family. The prize can be redeemed at a convenient time for all the family up until the end of 31/12/2011 and is based on the family taking part in two activities per day of the holiday. Activities and availability will vary according to location and can be confirmed at the time the prize winners book their trip.
     
     The grand prize also includes a free nutritional consultation and dietary analysis from Anita Bean, a leading sports nutritionist. The winners will need to complete a food diary for three days which Anita Bean will then analyse and give recommendations on, in person during their family holiday. Anita's availability may vary according to location and will be confirmed with further details at the time of booking.
   • Tier 2: The first 250 people to register each month will also receive a free Nestl! Pure Life branded pedometer.
   • Tier 3: Those playing the online game 'Race To Win' may be picked at random to fill the daily and monthly allocated prize slots. There are 91 daily prizes to be won, including 87 Adidas prizes worth £80 retail value, and there are 4 monthly Adidas prizes to be won, each with an approximate £200 retail value. The winners of the prize slots will be notified by email instantly. All winners will also be asked to confirm their sizing details. The winners will then receive their Adidas prize packs in the post within 28 days of providing their sizes.
3. No cash or other alternatives are offered in lieu of the stated prizes and the prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the stated prizes, in whole or in part, with an alternative of equal or greater value, in the case that a prize, or part thereof, should become unavailable for any reason.

2. The winner of Tier 1 will be notified in writing within 7 (seven) days of the conclusion of the competition. The winners of Tiers 2 and 3 prizes will be advised by e-mail immediately if they have won a prize. Where applicable, prizes will be sent out by courier; in all other cases items will be sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. Delivery of prizes will be within 28 days of the Promoter receiving the address confirmation as detailed below. All courier and postage costs will be paid by the Promoter. Prizes will only be awarded to the participant registered.
3. Winners must respond to the winning notification email with confirmation of their address details within 7 days. If winners do not respond within 7 days of being notified, a re-draw will be carried out.
4. The daily 'Race To Win' mechanic and allocation of prize vouchers will operate in a secure manner using random odds.
5. The names and counties of winners will be made available on request to those sending a self-addressed envelope to Nestl! Marafun Promotion, 33 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6DU by 25/4/2010.
6. Prize Tier 1 holiday winner's name and county will be made available to view on our website, www.nestle-purelife.co.uk, from the 25/04/10.
7. There are no alternatives offered to the prizes as stated and the prizes are not transferable. However, in the event that it is necessary to amend the offer as it stands due to circumstances outside our control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an equivalent of equal or greater value.
8. We cannot accept bulk entries from the trade or any third party or consumer group entries.
9. We cannot accept responsibility for any entries that are lost in transmission due to network failure or other technical difficulties outside our control.
10. Winners agree to take part in any reasonable publicity required.
