Adding a payment address.

On the invoices I send it says payment address not on file, how do I change this. I have looked in my preferences and my details but can't see how to add a payment address.

I can't figure out how to get a payment address on file either. I am accepting payments by cheque and postal order, but I have to copy and paste a text file into every invoice as the system says no payment address on file.0
