Hi,How do i set up a new e-mail account in out look express,need to set up an e-mail account on a ipod touch for my son,thank you.

If you already have a outlook express email, you can just sync it to the ipod...easy!

Does he need to get the emails on the PC or does he just want them on his phone?

Does he have his own "user" ID on the PC?

its not a phone,its a ipod touch player music games films,but it has e-mail on it,he has just set up a google e-mail account,and i want to go through outlook express,i have only one email account in outlook,so i was trying to set another one up for him,so he can get his e-mail on the ipod touch & computer but no luck yet thanks.
