I have been charged full price even after being shown i was paying the discounted price - i phoned up and they said the discounts arent working properly at the moment but as soon as i have recieved the goods phone back and give the code and they will refund the difference. They then asked where i got the code from and from quick thinking i said my mother as you can only use codes that are personally issued, so does anybody know where the codes are normally given legitamately ???

Please help before they screw me for trying to screw them!!

Managed to get hold of my debit card number and it worked, thanks OP!

Looks like I've openend a cash account with lxdirect instead of paying straight from a visa electron card. Now I'm having trouble paying off the account as it keeps asking me for a card number. How do I find this on a visa electron? Isn't it just the long number accross the middle of the card?
    Any help much appreciated.

I don't think they accept visa electron? Certainly Empire don't.

Edit: Yes, the do accept Electron, apologies!

    :(

Upon checking my back account I've been charged for the trainers last week including postage, then received the voucher value as a credit. I'm not hugely bothered either way really, but I'm a bit annoyed that dispite charging me last week they now tell me it's out of stock. I presume they are planning to refund the amount as they don't even mention it.

Should I push them for a better response?

    This gets even more silly.

I used the £13.50 voucher (£10 + p&p) for my order. Just checked my internet banking:

Was given a £13.50 credit last week, then charged £19.00 and £3.50, after this I've been given £19.00 refund and £3.50 refund, so as it stands I have no trainers due to them 'not being in stock', but I'm £13.50 up!

what an absolute shambles this lot are!

I ordered from them yesterday and got an email back saying give them a ring. Apparently as I've recently moved and not informed them in writing, they will not sell me anything until I do!!

I know exactly where they can stick there trainers!!
