electricity reading
Hi there,
I registered myself for online bill payment with schottish Hyro Electric, my avarege electricity bill for a 98 days of usage was £135 for 1030 cubicals but the minute I registered my self I noticed that for the 98 days I used woping 7000 cubicals! witch it will put me in the position of paying £800! for electricity bill, I don't understand what was happened? It is impossible for me to use all this energy, I'm a single mum, working full time. From 7am to 6.30 pm i'm out of home. the only utencil left on when I'm going to work is fridge and freezer, I know that i never spend more then 30 cubicals per day if I was at home. I don't know what to do? Any advise?

I think you have probably mis read your meter, (the units are kw's by the way) Check your readings and re enter them. I'm sure you don't need to worry. Follow this link how to read your meter.

68990kWh would cost £8,000 not £800.
You must be reading your meter incorrectly.

If you have a dial meter it is very easy to get it wrong.0
