I'm looking for a new PC. I need it for basics such as excel, word, internet, watching the odd catchup TV show, storing music and photos. I won't be playing games or mixing music etc. I have seen this zoostorm Pc and wondered if it was good value. I'm not familar with zoostorm and was originally looking for an acer. Any views on Zoostorm? Any better value PCs out there? My budget is £400 max.

Decent value. You could knock about £60 off the price if you built it yourself from scratch. Paying someone else £60 to spend a day building, installing, and testing the system seems fair!0

Doesn't seem like a bad bargain to me, though 5bellies has a point about the assembly cost.
If anything this is over-powered for what you say you're doing and probably won't even break a sweat doing it for you. Which is a good thing. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
I agree with RobertoMoir, this is well over-specced for what you want. If you already have a monitor I would go for something like this:

Just re. Zoostorm - I've had one for about a year & very happy with it. If I was being picky I'd say it's slightly noisier than I'm used to, but it was a very good deal. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

Only I got it from Tescos store without the monitor for £259. :T Plus extra clubcard points!! :j
So pretty pleased! Just need to set it up now.£2019 in 2019 #44 - 864.06/20190
