RE-Rapport with HSBC

Hi, HSBC are advising I download Rapport to use with my Internet banking.I recall someone on here a while ago had problems with it. Does anyone know enough about it to advise me whether I should use it or not? Any help would be most appreciated.I have just read the gist of it provided from HSBC.

I use it with my rbs account and ive not had any issues, i have used it with firefox and on both xp adn windows 70
