Where to you claim for heating on the self assessment

I am employed but work from home, can anyone help me to complete the tax relief for heating

You say that you are employed: are you required to work from home, or is it your own choice? Does your contract of employment state that your home address is your main place of work? If it is not a condition of employment that you work from home, you cannot get any relief.
By the way, if you are an employee, why are you completing a self assessment?Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?
