Hi Gina you won't be able to use links for a while open the file using notepad and then Highlight it then press Ctrl C or edit copy then paste it into a reply to this thread using Paste or Ctrl V

Do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log

I don't use notepad and can't find it on hubbys computer...where should I be looking?

Because its a .txt file then it should open in notepad automatically the as DM says post the log from Hijackthis too that file is

I seem to have lost a couple of messages from on here now!
I am having difficulties locating the log (other than what I copied and pasted into word in case of emergencies) so anyone can give me some advice on what to do please? Sorry to be a pain.
