(HELP) Bought a laptop in 2006 from comet.

Hi all woundering if anybody could help me i bought a laptop in 2006 from COMET and its been dropped the insurance company needs the receipt but i have lost it i paid by card is there anyway of getting a new receipt printed?

It's worth visiting Comet and asking them. I was in a similar situation once and after giving my details, they found the transaction and printed off another receipt. In my case it was for a warranty repair and obviously less time had passed, but you have nothing to lose by trying.
