Philips Freevents Constantly Re-Booting help!!

For the past few days my PC keeps re-booting on its own at random times, it seemed to be when I had a lot of programs open and watching tv online. I've done a few things which didn't solve it & this afternoon last resort was that I have done a complete factory restore. It's now still doing the reboot thing, maybe a bit worse aswell, so the issue isn't software. I have got the PC case open at the moment as its logging in, & re-booting pretty much guaranteed within 5 minutes of logging in, or it doesnt even get to that stage. Nothing looks out of place inside, although my knowledge with hardware is limited. This is so frustrating!
Can anyone help with any suggestions?
ps Ive just seen a blue screen saying windows has detected.... and as soon as I read this the screen is gone again and I dont know what the whole page said. useless.

When you did your factory restore was the hard disk reformatted at that time, or did windows install over the top? If the latter then there could be some malware still lurking. If the former then certainly hardware related.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0

NtpClient was unable to set a manual peer to use as a time source because of DNS resolution error on 'time.windows.com,0x9'. NtpClient will try again in 15 minutes and double the reattempt interval thereafter. The error was: No such host is known. (0x80072AF9)

The Event you posted above is just syncing the time won't affect whar you have experienced thus far. If you look at System events and click on the level column header the Error level will be sorted with Red Error events at the top
