Cant access certain sites

Hi everyone I donno why I am having this problem, I have run the virus scanner and everything came back ok.

I can access most sites but cant access tmobile and tombola websites.

I called virgin and was told to take my computer to the technical shop because its my problem not theirs!!! :eek:

Any ideas what I can do to get access back?

Is the problem also occurring with a fixed Ethernet connection, as opposed to just wireless...has the problem only occurred today...

My computer is plugged straight into the modem, and yes the problem is just today I know other people can access the sites so its not a problem with them

what sites are you trying to get to?

there is a problem today with some sites with o2,be and virgin. one football forum i regularly use and the official club site is down. there a quite a few people on the backup site all on o2/be. they are also saying thomascook.com is down but i can get it.

so something strange is going on. the support on o2/be are saying its the actual web sites at fault.

but its strange how they worked yesterday but today they dont and almost everything else works :huh:
