I believe some people (I think they are called landlords) rent houses to other people (I've heard them called tenants) for money. Its a novel idea but certainly worth considering.0 -

Yes it can be looked at and considered deprivation or in most cases where customer cannot prove what they spent money on, can be classed as still having the actual capital. Doing several cases now!0
