Is it possible to have more than one Outlook running on PC at once? The reason I ask is a) because this is what i see every time I try to shut down my PC and b) when I clicked on my Outlook icon earlier, it would not load so I restarted my PC, opened Outlook, and now my file structure is different to how it was earlier! In fact, any e mails filed into a file in the last few months are not there!!

Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.

This could point to a potentially corrupted Outlook install; if you have the discs, are you able to reinstall...but make sure you back up your contacts/address book/emails (if allowed) beforehand

I've got the discs, it's part of Office 2007 Ultimate. Should I reinstall everything?Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0
