Brought a Ducti wallet from play last year (January I think). The coin holder had got ripped and the zip broke so the coins kept falling out. Other bits of the wallet were ripped as well . It comes with a lifetime guarantee you just have to pay £5 P&P. Sent it of on Thursday first class and just checked my mail and found a shiny new one. Excellent customer service, well done Ducti. :T
